Things I've cooked/am cooking for today:
Cornbread sausage stuffing
Wild rice/mushroom/cranberry/pecan stuffing
Green bean casserole in the slow cooker for 8 hours
Spicy Maryland Crab dip for an appetizer
Smoking the turkey in a smoker, after brining it for a day in vegetable stock, salt, brown sugar, honey, bourbon, rosemary, sage, thyme, and apples.

Work's moving my shift to Wednes through Sat,...
